Voting period will begin Sunday, February 24th - March 17th, 2013 at 5:00 PM.
All balloting will be conducted online. No written ballots or photocopies of sample online ballots in newspaper will be accepted.
In order for your ballot to be counted, a minimum of 10 votes must be entered on the ballot.
Only 1 ballot per day per User IP address will be accepted. Excessive ballots received from the same User IP address (per day) will be disqualified and will not count. This also includes home office and work groups. Visit www.whatismyipaddress.com to check your IP address.
We also encourage users to complete the ballot using their mobile device (i.e. iPhone/iPad/etc).
Businesses must have a valid state license to perform their services in order to be considered "Finest of"
Gift Card Giveaway - must complete over 50% of the ballot (78 items), and register at the end of the ballot process in order to be eligible to win the $250 gift card.
